At Lifestyle Fitness by Gigi we don't believe in those cookie cutter one size fits all meal plans. 

Each comprehensive meal plan is designed to meet a clients specific macronutrient needs based on their personal goal, health needs, food preferences and allergies.

Vitamin & Suppliment Reccomendation

With the many stressors of day to day life sometimes we may fall short on hitting our nutritional and/or dietary needs. This can sometimes result in a lack of vitamins and nutrients needed to keep the body working properly. 

At Lifestyle Fitness by Gigi we take into account many factors of our clients health and wellness and can offer recommendations on the leading vitamins and dietary aids/supplements that help promote ones overall wellness.

Meet Your Coach

My name is Gina Allen, also known as "Gigi" and the founder of Lifestyle Fitness by Gigi. I’m a Charlotte, NC Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and Mad Dogg Athletics® Certified Spinning® Instructor. I'm also CPR AED and first aid certified. For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just going to the gym. It’s about building physical and mental strength. All while learning how to prepare and eat a balanced daily diet consisting of the proper amounts of lean protein, carbohydrates and fats. As well as ensuring we are giving the body time to rest and recover.

I’m extremely passionate about helping others find that balance of happiness in life and feel good about themselves not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. I strongly believe that when you look and feel good, you excel in life. If you are willing to commit to consistency and hard work, I will make it my goal to help you maintain and achievable and well-balanced lifestyle for years to come.
I find an immense joy in using my own experience and qualifications to help people just like you. I know exactly how you feel.
